I met a woman last night at a social event and we had a friendly chat. At the end of the night she stopped my to say goodbye and offer her hand to shake mine, then as we were shaking hands she kissed my cheek. I noticed that she didn't do it to anyone else and I felt a nice chemistry around here but I'm not sure of the intent since she recently moved to the U.S. from Brazil. Thanks in advance.

it's common courtesy. depending on where you're from, it can be 1, 2, or 3 kisses on the cheek.

In Brazil kissing twice, once on each cheek is common when saying either hello or goodbye; or sometimes both.

Sorry to say, but she didn't mean anything at all beyond friendship.
