has anyone visited Alto Paraiso, if so how did you find it for non-portugese speakers,as Im thinking of opening a small pousada(guest house) there and am interested in finding out what people think of the area

No, it seemed to high up to go and be disappointed not finding a paraiso closer to the ground.
